Who is First Call?
Welcome to First Call Home Inspection!
My name is Matt Sickles, and I am a NACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector, licensed in the state of Ohio. While I primarily serve Central Ohio, I have been known to extend my reach to meet clients' needs in other parts of the state where finding a home inspector may be difficult. I bring to each inspection my experience of over 30 years in and around the building trades. My focus is making all home buyers and sellers feel at ease while providing a level of detail that is presented in a user-friendly manner. While I'm not a doctor, I have spent a great deal of time supporting medical professionals in another career. I apply the first tenet of the Hippocratic Oath to my clients in a similar manner that doctors do for their patients: First, do no harm. By this I mean I will provide a fair and honest assessment of the home without damaging the home's infrastructure or structural integrity.
